摘    要:通过建立顾客价值层次结构模型,运用改进的模糊层次分析法,确定林业企业价值链各作业活动的顾客价值贡献度,对林业企业核心竞争力加以识别;依据二维决策支持矩阵,对林业企业的业务流程重组、外包业务等战略问题提供决策支持。

Abstract:Based on the hierarchy structure of customer value,a practical and feasible method for value chain management of forestry enterprises in perspective of customer value was put forward.And the contribution to customer value of every activity in value chain had been determined.Accordingly,core competence of forestry enterprise was identified.Double dimension matrix to support decisions offers an effective tool to management issues such as business process restructuring and outsourcing.
