| 摘 要： | 在当前教育现实中民主式师生关系十分贫乏，专制式和放任式师生关系十分普遍，从而造成学生个性被压抑、被扭曲的客观事实。应从营造民主和谐的教育环境，建立完善的教育法规，提倡师生平等对话的民主交流方式来构建民主式师生关系，促进学生个性的健康发展。
