| 摘 要： | 棕榈油是全球第一大植物油脂，也是我国植物油脂供给的重要组成部分，具有营养成分较为丰富，应用途径广泛、产品价格低廉等特点。本文详细介绍棕榈油的脂肪酸组成和营养成分含量，为棕榈油认知度的提升以及市场推广提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Palm oil is the world's largest vegetable oil, and also is an important part of Chinese vegetable oil. It has many advantages of abundant nutrients, wide application and low product prices. This paper introduces the fatty acid composition and nutrient content of palm oil, and provides a theoretical basis for improving our understanding of palm oil and the market promotion. |
