| 摘 要： | 槟榔花为槟榔的雄花蕾，花期长，产量高，也是槟榔重要的副产物。本文综述了近年来槟榔花提取物活性成分的提取、检测和生理活性等的研究进展，并阐述了槟榔花的应用和发展前景。

| Abstract: | The areca inflorescence, which has a long period of flowering and a high yield, is the male flowers and one of the important by-products of Areca catechu L.. In this article, the extraction, identification and biological activity of areca inflorescence extracts were reviewed, as well as the application and developmental prospect of areca inflorescence. |
