摘    要:[目的]建立麦芽糖的含量测定方法;[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Alltima氨基2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(62:38),流速为1.3ml/min。[结果]在选定的试验条件下,Alhima氨基柱的理论塔板数为2855,麦芽糖峰与杂质峰的分离度为6.09,精密度试验的RSD为0.90%(n=6)。[结论]该法测定麦芽糖含量具有简捷、实用、准确的特点。

Abstract:[Objective] The determination method of Maltose contents were established.[Method] HPLC method was used,chromatographic column was the Alltima amido-column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(62∶38),flowing rate of 1.3 ml/min.[Result] Under the selected tested conditions,theoretical plate number of the Alltima amido-column was 2 855,the separation degree of Maltose and impurity peak were 6.09,RSD was 0.90%(n=6).[Conclusion] The method was proved to be simple,practical and accurate.
