有机无机氮肥配施对山地烤烟生长、抗病性及香吃味的影响

摘    要:为探讨有机无机氮不同配比对山地烤烟生长发育、抗病性和香吃味的影响。采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,在等氮量条件下,开展了有机无机氮不同配比田间试验。结果表明:(1)施用有机肥能够显著促进烟株生长发育,改善烟株抗逆能力,表现为烟株长势强,烟叶发育充分,烟株发病率较低;(2)有机肥的施用能够有效改善烟叶的等级结构,提高上中等烟叶比例,提高单位面积的产量和产值效益;(3)有机肥的施用能提高烤烟烟叶的香吃味;(4)山地烤烟20%有机氮与80%无机氮配施的综合效应最好。综上所述,在亩施纯氮7.5 kg的施肥水平下,20%有机氮与80%无机氮配比对山地烤烟具有最好的综合效应。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different proportions of organic and inorganic nitrogen on the growth,disease resistance and aroma and taste of flue-cured tobacco under the same nitrogen application rate.Field experiment combined with laboratory analysis was employed in this study.The results show:(1) Combined with organic fertilizer application enhanced the growth and development,disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco significantly,presenting as stronger growth vigor,more fully developed leaves,and low incidence than those of CK.(2) Employed organic fertilizer improved the hierarchical structure of tobacco leaves,the proportion of finest and medium tobacco leaves,and acquired higher yield and output value per unit area.(3) It also improved the aroma and taste of tobacco leaves.To sum up,combined with 20% organic nitrogen fertilizer obtained the best comprehensive effect of flue-cured tobacco in mountainous area when the nitrogen amount is 112.5 kg/hm^2.
