不同植被对石漠化地区土壤纤维素分解酶活性的影响

摘    要:为了探讨石漠化生态恢复的机制,作者选择不同植被恢复的广西典型石漠化样地,以没有植被覆盖的裸地(光板地)为对照,分析了植被恢复过程中土壤纤维素分解酶活性的变化规律及其与土壤肥力因子的相关性。实验结果表明:①不同植被及恢复模式对石漠化地区土壤纤维素分解酶活性有显著的影响。不同植被样地土壤纤维素分解酶活性的大小排序为:侧柏>见夕森林>青檀+羊蹄甲>青檀,阴香>青冈>桉树>枫香,湿地松>任豆>湿地松+桉树>剑麻,狗牙根>吊丝竹>类芦;②土壤纤维素分解酶活性的差异,不仅与植被类型有关,而且与植被恢复年限有密切的关系;③土壤纤维素分解酶活性与土壤有机质、有效氮、有效磷、蛋白酶、脲酶及蔗糖酶有显著的正相关,与土壤水分、全氮、全磷等土壤肥力因子也有一定的正相关,能够反映土壤质量的动态变化,因此,可将之作土壤肥力监测和石漠化生态恢复过程中土壤质量评价的生物学指标。

Abstract:In order to probe the restoration mechanism of karst rocky desertification (KRD), different vegetation sites in typical KRD areas Guangxi Province were selected as studying plots. Some bare lands were chosen as control sampling plots. The change disciplines and the relativities among soil cellulolytic enzyme activity and factors of soil fertility in the process of vegetation rehabilitation were analyzed respectively.The results showed that different vegetation had remarkable influence on soil cellulolytic enzyme activity. Based on the value of soil cellulolytic enzyme activity size down in different vegetation sites, the order was made as follow: Platycladus orientalis Jianxi forestPteroceltis tatarinowii + Bauhinia comosa Pteroceltis tatarinowii , Cinnamomum burmami Cyclobalanopsis glauca Eucalyptus robusta Liquidamba formosana ,Pinus eliottii Zenia insignis Pinus eliottii + Eucalyptus robusta Agave sisalana ,Cynodon dactylon Vitex negundo Dendrocalamus minor Neyraudia reynaudiana. Secondly, the difference of soil cellulolytic enzyme activity not only related with vegetation form, but also close related with recover time of vegetation. Thirdly, there were significance positive correlation among soil cellulolytic enzyme activity and soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, prolease, urease and invertase. There were definite positive correlation among soil cellulolytic enzyme activity and water content of the soil, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and other factors of soil fertility. Soil cellulolytic enzyme activity could reflect the quality and dynamic changes of the soil, so, it could be regarded as one of the biological indicators in soil fertility monitoring and soil quality assessment in the process of karst rocky desertification ecological restoration.
