摘    要:以马铃薯甘农1号、陇薯3号、Atlantic、Favorita和Shepody的脱毒试管苗为材料,采用固-液双层培养体系,研究了不同浓度的食用白糖和活性炭组合对不同基因型试管薯形成的影响.结果表明:以MS固体培养基为壮苗培养基,补加MS+食用白糖+活性炭液体培养基,可得到高结薯率、高大薯率的马铃薯试管薯.

Abstract:Virus-free plantlets of potato cultivars Gannong No.1,Longshu No.3,Atlantic,Favorita and Shepody were used as experimental materials,the effects of edible sugar and activated charcoal of different concentrations on the formation of microtubers were studied.The results indicated that using the solid medium MS as the basic medium added with liquid medium,MS edible sugar actived charcoal,could obtain potato microtubers with high frequency of tuberization and big microtubers,and the optimal system for industrialized production of potato microtubers was established.
