摘    要:以新两优6号为材料,通过对常规湿润育秧条件下不同播种密度和不同秧龄期栽插,以及长秧龄条件下不同基本苗数和不同育秧方式的大田群体数量及产量表现的研究,为安徽省单季稻产区生产提供技术上的支持。结果表明,新两优6号在湿润育秧条件下,秧龄不宜超过40d,45d及更长秧龄的显著减产,随秧龄延长而减产幅度加大;稀播的减产幅度略小,减产的原因主要是秧龄。随着秧龄的延长,群体总茎蘖数、LAI、单位面积穗数、每穗总粒数和结实率等群体数量递减,而茎蘖成穗率相差不大。长秧龄移栽条件下,增加栽插基本苗数,或采用肥床旱育秧培育长龄多蘖壮秧,是获得理想产量的重要措施。

Abstract:In order to evaluate environmental safety and establish safe applied standard, residue dynamics and final residue of acephate (40%EC) in rapes and soil were studied using GC/MS method. The results showed that acephate could degrade to methamidophos rapidly in the rapes and soil. The degradation rate of acephate faster than methamidophos, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in rapes are 1.36 days and 2.86 days, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in soil are 1.84 days and 2.96 days. Acephate would not lead to residue contamination in rapes and residue accumulation in soil under normal applying condition.
