摘    要:气温升高和大气氮沉降是全球气候变化的两种重要情景,其变化将导致植物物种多样性和土壤微生物多样性的改变。对植物物种多样性而言,气候变暖和大气氮沉降增加对其影响表现为直接影响(通过改变植物物候期、影响植物分布及群落组成)和间接影响(通过影响植物生长的环境因子和土壤理化性质)。对土壤微生物多样性而言,气候变暖和大气氮沉降主要改变微生物的土壤环境、微生物种类和数量,直接或间接地影响其多样性。此外,在对全球变暖和氮沉降的响应方面,植物物种多样性和微生物多样性存在关联,即全球变暖和氮沉降通过改变植物物种多样性而影响土壤微生物多样性,微生物也将通过种间关系反作用于植物物种多样性。本文根据气候变化对栖息地环境的影响,选择温度和大气氮沉降这两种指标,探讨植物物种多样性和土壤微生物多样性对气候变化的响应,分析植物物种多样性和土壤微生物多样性之间的内在关联,旨在为植物和微生物多样性保护提供参考。

Association Analysis of Soil Microorganism and Plant Species Diversity under the Climate Change
Abstract:Elevated temperature and atmospheric nitrogen deposition are two important scenarios of global climate change, which will lead to changes in plant species diversity and soil microbial diversity. For plant species diversity, the increase in climate warming and atmospheric nitrogen deposition has a direct effect on its impact (by altering plant phenology, affecting plant distribution and community composition) and indirect effect (by influencing plant growth and soil physical and chemical nature). For soil microbial diversity, climate warming and atmospheric nitrogen deposition mainly change the microbial soil environment, microbial species and quantity, directly or indirectly affect its diversity. In addition, plant species diversity and microbial diversity are associated with global warming and nitrogen deposition, and global warming and nitrogen deposition affect soil microbial diversity by altering plant species diversity and will also react to plant species through interspecific relationship. Based on the influence of climate change on habitat environment, this paper selected two indexes of temperature and atmospheric nitrogen deposition to explore the relationship between plant species diversity and soil microbial diversity to climate change, and analyzed the relationship between plant species diversity and soil microbial diversity, which can provide a reference for plant and microbial diversity protection.
