摘    要:探明种衣剂对紫苏种植的影响,为紫苏规模化及标准化种植技术提供指导。本研究采用2 类低毒性的种衣剂对紫苏种子进行处理。通过发芽率试验,筛选艾科顿作为紫苏较适宜的种衣剂。采用每千克种子添加16 mL剂量进行紫苏生长势、大田产量、品质及抗性测定。结果显示,该浓度艾科顿种衣处理下可明显提高种苗活力,增加紫苏幼苗生长速度。2 个品系经艾科顿种衣剂处理,大田成苗率分别提高了7.72 及31.31 个百分点。每公顷产量提高499.45、167.2 kg。经该种衣剂处理,紫苏的产量构成因素及生物量均有提高,对锈病、白粉病及根腐病抗性也有显著提升,但对品质没有显著影响。研究表明,每千克种子添加16 mL艾科顿种衣剂可有效促进紫苏幼苗生长,提高作物产量。该种衣剂可应用于紫苏生产种植中。

Seed Coating Affects the Germination Rate, Yield and Quality of Perilla
Abstract:In order to find out the influence of the seed coating on the cultivation of perilla, and to provide guidance for the large-scale and standardized planting techniques of perilla. The study used two kinds of low-toxicity seed coating to treat perilla seeds. The germination rate experiment was used to select the suitable agent and concentration for preilla. the Aikedun seed coating were selected and the adding dose were 16mL per kilogram of seeds. Then the growth potential, yield, quality and resistance were determined Under the seed coating treatment. The results showed that the seedling activity could be improved obviously, and the growth rate of the seedlings of Perilla was increased under the treatment. the seedling rate increased by 7.72% and 31.31% of two strains of perilla, respectively. The yield per mu increased by 33.31kg and 11.15kg, respectively. Under the seed coating treatment, The biomass per plant and yield component traits were increased, thedisease-resistance against rust and powdery mildew and root rot also has significantly increased. But they showed no significant effect on quality of Perilla. This study showed that the addition of 16mL per kilogram of seeds of Aikedun seed coating can effectively promote the growth of seedlings and increase crop yield. The seed coating can be used to the crop farming production of Perilla.
