| 摘 要： | 采用秋水仙素—低渗—空气干燥法制作了狸獭的染色体标本，并对其染色体核型进行了初步的分析研究。结果表明，狸獭染色体除Ｙ为端着丝粒染色体外，其余均为中部或亚中部着丝粒染色体，２ｎ＝４２，无随体存在。

| Abstract: | Achromosome specimen of Myocastor coypus (M.C.) was made with the method of colchcine,lower osmosis and dry air.The karyotype of M.C.was analysed primally.The results showed that all chromosomes are metacentric or submetacentric except that Y may be telocentric,2n=42 no satellite exists there. |
