摘    要:密花石斛是原产海南、兼具观赏和药用价值的野生石斛。为促进其规模化生产,探讨了密花石斛的无菌播种和茎尖培养中培养基种类和激素等配比。结果表明:在花宝1号附加土豆的培养基上萌芽效果最好,原球茎发生率较高;分化阶段以花宝1号附加香蕉的培养基分化效果最理想,幼嫩茎尖在MS基本培养基上附加BA 3.0 mg/L与NAA 0.2 mg/L上可诱导出新芽。

Abstract:Dendrobium densiflorum Lindl. is indigenous to Hainan Island and has both ornamental and medical value. Cultural media and hormones were selected for asymbiotic germination and shoot tip culture in vitro of D. densiflorum for commercial propagation. The asymbiotic germination indicated that the medium Hyponex No.1 was optimum for PLB formation when supplemented with potato juice, and optimum for PLB differentiation when supplemented with banana juice. Fresh sprouts were induced from the explant of the shoot tip cultured on the MS medium in the presence of BA 3.0 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L.
