| 摘 要： | 介绍了国际生物多样性中心的种质资源政策，即承认生物资源的国家主权、农民权利、为世界共同体信托而持有种质、分发材料、交换种质资源、确保惠益分享、黑箱政策等，提出我国应重视与国际生物多样性中心的合作，充分利用其种质资源。

| Abstract: | Bioversity International (BI) has an abundance of germplasm resources. BI's germplasm resource policies are introduced, such as recognition of the sovereignty of states over their biological resources, farmer's right, holding germplasm in trust for the world community, distribution of material, exchange of germplasm, benefit-sharing, black box. It is advised that China should pay attention to cooperate with BI and use its germplasm resources sufficiently. |
