| Abstract: | The activity for a secretary is a very important, frequent and basic work for various levels of the institutions, and also a vital part of the agricultural scientific research institution work. It is necessary to train secretaries with all essentials of the secretary work, including good political knowledge, professional excellence, good professional morality, and good social communication ability, if an institution wants to make full use of the secretary work. |
