摘    要:椰果是以椰子汁(乳)为主要原料,经灭菌、发酵制成的一种纤维素凝胶状物质。采用微波消解法溶解椰果样品,较干灰法节约时间、提高准确度;较压力罐消解法更方便、安全。试验证明,此法消解椰果快速、完全,样液透明,方法准确可靠。微波消解——石墨炉原子吸收法测定椰果中铬是一种比较理想的方法。

Abstract:Nata de Coco, a cellulose gel-like substance, is prepared from coconut juice/milk sterilized and fermented. The samples of the Nata de Coco were dissolved by using microwave digestion method which saved more time and was higher in accuracy than the dry ash method and easier and safer than the high pressure digestion method before detected by using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The test demonstrates that microwave digestion is fast, complete, accurate and reliable and that samples are transparent. Therefore, microwave digestion-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry is an appropriate method for determination of chromium in Nata de Coco.
