| 摘 要： | 建设热带农业国际科技交流与合作基地不仅是时代的要求，也是中国热带农业科学院实现跨越发展的必由之路。本文分析了中国热带农业科学院建设热带农业国际科技交流与合作基地的条件，及其所面临的瓶颈问题，并在理论分析的基础上，就冲破发展瓶颈、加快推进建设热带农业国际科技交流与合作基地进程提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | To establish International Technological Exchange and Cooperation Base for Tropical Agriculture is not only the demand of age but the only way for Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences(CATAS) to develop itself reasonably. The conditions and bottleneck issues for CATAS to establish International Technological Exchange and Cooperation Base for Tropical Agriculture are described and analyzed, based on which some suggestions are put forward on solutions to the bottleneck problems for the rapid establishment of the base. |
