摘 要: | 以柠条花为原料,采用大孔树脂分离纯化柠条花中总生物碱。通过对比6种不同型号大孔树脂对总生物碱吸附-解吸效果及静态动力学研究,确定AB-8大孔树脂为柠条花中总生物碱最佳纯化材料。通过单因素试验确定其对柠条花中总生物碱动态吸附-解吸最佳工艺条件为:上样液浓度为 2 mg/mL,上样pH为6.0,上样流速为2 BV/h;解吸剂为90%乙醇,解吸流速1.5 BV/h,解吸剂用量3 BV。在此条件下,柠条花中总生物碱分离纯化效果最佳,纯度为12.57%,表明AB-8大孔树脂对柠条花总生物碱具有较好的纯化效果。

Purification of Total Alkaloids from Flower of Intermediate Peashrub by Macroporous Resin |

Abstract: | Total alkaloids was isolated and purified by macroporous resin from flower of intermediate peashrub. Six types of different macroporous resins were compared for the adsorption-desorption effect and static kinetics of total alkaloids to determine the AB-8 macroporous resin as the best purification materials for total alkaloids from lower of intermediate peashrub. The optimal parameters for dynamic adsorption-desorption of total alkaloids determined by single factor experiments were as follows: sample concentration 2 mg/mL, sample pH 6.0, and sample flow rate 2 BV/h; desorption agent 90% ethanol, desorption flow rate 1.5 BV/h, desorption agent dosage 3 BV. Under these conditions, the purification effect of total alkaloids from the flowers was the best with a purity of 12.57%. Which indicated that AB-8 macroporous resin had a better effect in purifying total alkaloids from flower of intermediate peashrub. |
