三种石斑鱼的中文定名问题

有三种石斑鱼俗名都叫“青斑”。即：“红点青斑”Epinephelus．coioides（另一学名为E．suillus）、“黑点青斑”E.malabaricus（另一学名为E.salmonoides）及E.tauvina，即巨石斑鱼。其中最容易混淆的是“红点青斑”E.coioides和“黑点青斑”E.malabaricus。两者共同点是身上都布满斑点；都有5条深褐色的斜纹；繁殖季节、产卵习性、生长速度等大致相同。但E.malabaricus的斑点小呈黑褐色，并分布到下颌腹面，身上有白点及白斑。E.coioides的斑点大呈红褐色的，前颌腹面没有斑点，身上无白点及白斑。以往一些文献的学名及其对应的中文名称存在不少错误和混乱。本文建议：中文名称“点带石斑鱼”，“斜带石斑鱼”应该合并作为E.coioides的同种异名使用。E.malabaricus的中文名称应为“马拉巴石斑鱼”比较合适。

The Denomination of the Chinese Names of Three Species of Grouper Called "Qing ban" as Usual Name

There are three species of grouper called ＂ qingban＂ as usual name in Chinese： E. coioides （E. suillus ）, E. malabaricus （E. salmonoides） and E. tauvina. Among them, E. malabaricus is often mistaken for E. coioid because of their similar dark spots and 5 irregular, oblique, dark brown bars on bodies and their similar propagation season, spawning and growth behave. But the dark spots of E. malabaricus are smaller, well - separated, blackish brown, which extend onto chest lower jaw and guar area and roof of mouth, head and body also with irregular white scattered spots and blotches. The spots of E. coioides are reddish or brownish orange and larger than that of E. malabaricus and there are not spots on the lower jaw and not white scattered white spots and blotches on body. There were some mistakes and confusions about the science names and the corresponding Chinese names of these 2 species of grouper in some previous literatures. This paper put forward a suggestion to deal with this problem.
