| 摘 要： | 在当前教育政策规划引导下,深刻领会指导纲要,充分认识到了应用创新学生团队组建的必要性与重要性,结合两年来在应用创新学生团队的组建中遇到的种种问题,并就如何联系理论可行性与实践可操作性展开分析,最后就两年来的经验总结了新进本科院校的团队人才培养模式。
