| 摘 要： | 目的：建立同时测定中药复方“LH”中绿原酸和连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：以Zorbax Extend．C18柱（4．6mm×150him，5μm）为色谱柱，以乙腈-0．1％醋酸溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长344nm。结果：绿原酸、连翘苷的线性范围分别为0．0125—0．625vg（r=0．9999），0．05—2．5μg（r=0．9999），平均回收率为98．40％和96．67％，RSD分别为1．35％、1．23％（n=6）；结论：该法准确、快速、简便、重现性好，且具有良好的回收率，可用于中药复方“L”中绿原酸和连翘苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and forsythin in Chinese traditional Compound medicine ＂LH＂. Methods： Zorbax Extend-C18 （4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm） was used as an analytical column, and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution. The detection wavelength was set at 344 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.012 5 - 0.625 mg （r = 0.999 9）for chlorogenic acid, 0.05 - 2.5 mg（r = 0.999 9）for forsythin. The average recoveries were 98.32% with RSD 1.35% for chlorogenic acid, 98.43% with RSD 1.23% for forsythin（n=6）. Conclusion： This method is accurate, rapid, simple, reproducible and with good recovery, and suitable for the content determination of this preparation. |
