果树多倍体耐盐性研究进展

摘    要:果树多倍体因其相对于二倍体性状表现更优良,在已有应用中常面临土壤盐碱化和盐渍化的影响,且作为重要的育种资源,其耐盐性研究逐渐受到更多的关注。文章综合相关研究,从果树多倍体响应盐胁迫后生长、生理(质膜透性、保护膜活性和渗透压)、光合作用及叶片形态结构的变化,最后从分子水平总结果树多倍体耐盐相关基因、蛋白及代谢物的差异,并对今后果树多倍体耐盐性的研究作出展望。

Abstract:Fruit polyploid has superior performance compared with diploid, however, it is currently often affected by soil salinization and salinization. It is an important breeding resource and its salt tolerance has gradually been paid more attention.In this article, in response of fruit tree polyploidyto to salt stress, the change of growth,physiology (plasma membrane permeability, activity of protective film, and osmotic pressure),photosynthesis and leaf morphological structure, and the difference of fruit tree polyploid salt-tolerant genes, proteins, and metabolites from molecular level were summarized, at the same time, the researech of the fruit tree polyploid in the future was prospected.
