圣音竹组织培养技术研究

摘    要:以圣音竹笋芽、当年生带芽嫩枝、半木质化新萌发嫩芽、半木质化休眠芽及鞭芽为外植体选择不同生长调节剂组合的培养基进行诱导。结果表明:当年生带芽嫩枝,在1/2MS+KT0.5+TDZ0.001的培养基上,置于温度25±2℃的培养室中,先暗处培养10d,再转为光照时间为12h/d,光强1500lx的光照培养,诱导率最高。

Abstract:Using bamboo shoots buds, the newly bourgeoned shoots, semi-lignified new buds, semi-lignified dormant buds, rhizome shoots as explants and choosing different combinations of growth regulators as medium to induce. The result showed the highest inducing rate was followed: the shoots bourgeon in this year was put in the training room with the medium of 1/2 MS + KT 0.5 + TDZ 0. 001 and the temperature of 25±2 ℃, first trained for 10 d in the dark and followed the light time of 12 h per day with the light intensity of 1 500 lx.
