| Abstract: | Preparing forest management program is the fundamental work for scientific forest management and precise improvement of forest quality. In this article, we summarize the significance, requirements and main contents of preparing forest management program, discuss the existing problems of program preparation, and suggest several solutions for the purpose of providing evidence for scientific and normative forest management program preparation. |
