摘    要:建立了一种超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定甘薯基质中多菌灵的快速分析方法。甘薯中的多菌灵经乙酸乙酯溶液匀浆提取、加入PSA净化,采用甲醇、水的混合溶液进行梯度洗脱用UPLC-PDA进行检测。结果表明:多菌灵的质量浓度范围为0.01~1.0mg/kg时,峰面积与质量浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.000 0,仪器的最小检出量为0.67ng,最低检测浓度为3.3×10-2mg/kg,多菌灵的平均回收率为95.99%~105.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.47%~2.94%。该方法操作简单、快速、定量准确,可有效适用于甘薯基质中多菌灵含量的快速准确测定。

Abstract:A rapid Ultra-high Pressure Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) method to determine the content of Carbendazim in sweet Potato had been developed. Carbendazim was homogenates extracted from Sweet potato with ethyl acetate and purified with PSA, and the analyte was sepa- rated by gradient elution with methanol-water mixed solution in UPLC detected with PDA. The results showed that the linearity range of the proposed method was 0.01-1.0mg/kg with the linear correlation coefficients of 1.000 0. The instrument limit of detection was 0.67ng. The minimum detectable concentration was 3.3×10-2mg/kg. The average recovery was 95.99%--105.1%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.47%--2.94%. This method was simple, fast and accurate quantitative. It could apply effectively to quick and sensitive determination the content of carbendazim in sweet potato.
