热泵干燥装置测控系统设计与软件开发

摘    要:对干燥环境参数的测量与控制是实现合理干燥工艺的基准和关键。为此,介绍了一套用于热泵干燥装置的微机测控系统及配套软件,重点叙述了系统的总体构成、程序的没计思想以及数据监控、采样等功能模块。微机测试技术以及配套软件的使用大大减少了测试人员的操作强度,并在一定程度上提高了测控的精度。

Abstract:The control and performance measurement of environmental parameters are very important to drying technics. This paper mainly deals with an apparatus and a software for performance measurement and control of heat pump drying systems. The main structure , design ideas and functions of the software are described, especially including such function modules as data control,data acquisition and data processing. The computer measurement technology and the software help the test personnel out of heavy work and improve the accuracy of the measurement. [
