| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈＋磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对环酯草醚原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0;标准偏差为0.17;变异系数为0.17%;平均回收率为100.0%。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of pyriftalid TC by HPLC with acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX Extend-Cls column and DAD at 240nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.17, the variation coefficient was 0.17%, the average recovery was 100.0%. |
