重庆市农业资源环境问题与可持续发展对策研究

针对重庆市存在的九大农业资源环境问题(农业资源退化、破坏趋势加剧;有害生物增多,生物多样性下降;坡耕地水土流失严重;农业自然灾害频繁,病虫害危害严重;部分农产品受到农药和重金属的污染;土壤受到重金属不同程度的污染;城郊区农田大气污染较重,农作物污染事故时有发生;渔业水质量较差,次级河流污染严重;三峡库区农业面源污染有加重趋势),提出了进行农业结构调整、合理施用农药和化肥、加大农业环境监控力度、加强农业资源保护、建立环保长效机制、加强自然资源开发中的环境管理、加强生态农业建设等七项农业可持续发展对策。

Agricultural Resource, Agro-Environment and Respect of Sustainable Development in Chongqing

Aiming at nine problems of agriculture resource environment in Chongqing,namely: degradation of agriculture resource,destroying prick up increasingly,nocuousness biology manifold,decline of biodiversity,loss of water and erosion of soil in slope plantation graveness,agriculture nature calamity occurring frequently,outbreaks of plant diseases and insect pests,some agriculture products polluted by pesticide and heavy metals,soil polluted by heavy metals in some place,air polluted more graveness in some farmland in city suburb,accident on crop being polluted happy sometimes,fishery water quality worsening,second river polluted severity,agriculture non-point pollution more severity in the Three Gorges.We described the serious situation in the city of Chongqing.After evaluation in detailed the environmental and ecological problems,we also pointed out seven countermeasures on sustainable development of agriculture in our region.
