| 摘 要： | 以鸭肝炎病毒（DHV）病毒株背部皮下接种7日龄健康雏鸭，研究其不同时期诱导淋巴细胞及其他细胞凋亡的能力。结果表明，DHV能引起试验鸭淋巴细胞明显凋亡，维持时间较短，在36h达到高峰。揭示该病毒致病机理与淋巴细胞凋亡从而引起的免疫抑制相关。除淋巴细胞外，肝、肾、脑等器官的细胞凋亡不明显，与对照组无显著差异。

| Abstract: | Apoptosis of immune and another organs in 7-day young ducks infected with DHV was demonstrated.The result showed that intense apoptosis-specific signal was detected in immune organ.It keeped short time and reached its peak at 36 h suggesting that the pathological mechanism of DHV appears to be related to the immune restraint resulted in apoptosis of lymphocyte.The apoptosis in the liver,kidney and brain was not marked. |
