摘    要:在设计开发鼓式制动器时,先以制动效能为优化指标对制动器各结构参数进行了优化设计;同时,考虑到制动器使用过程中制动性能的稳定性,应用稳健设计的原理对优化后的各参数进行了深入的分析和调整,从而保证制动器在使用过程中既有较高的制动效能,又具有良好的性能稳定性.通过实例验证,参数优化后的制动器性能较原方案有了明显提高,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:The drum brake is extensively used in automobile. The efficiency factor of the brake plays an important role in reducing braking time and raising braking efficiency. Hence, as a optimal aim, every structure parameter of the drum brake with efficient factor was optimize designed at first, considering the stability of performance during brake using, further analysis and adjust to every parameter has been carried on with the theory of robust design after optimizing, so the brake would have higher efficiency with good performance stability in the course of application. According to the real example, the performance of the drum brake after optimizing design improved obviously than the former design and the result was satisfactory.
