辽宁果树生产是振兴农村经济的主导产业之一，近几年呈高速发展态势。但是，在发展过程中也存在着诸多问题，如盲目发展，树种品种结构不合理，产业化滞后，产量低，质量差等。为使辽宁果树生产摆脱困境，再创辉煌，应采取相应对策，即稳定现有果树面积，优化树种，品种结构；加强科技成果推广，提高果树管理水平，提高果品质量；应用农业生物技术，保护生态环境，发展资源优势，加速果树产业化进程等。

But a lot of problems arose during this course, such as blind development, unreasonable structureof varieties, lag- behinded industrial level, low yield and ilderior quality, etc. To get rid of the difficult position, a strategy shouldbe adopted, ie. stabling present fruit -- planting area, rationalizing the structure of varieties, strenthening the popularization ofscientific and technical results, raising the level of menagement of orchard, improving foe qualities of fruits, utilizing agriculturalbiological techniques, protecting environment, developing natural resources, speeding up the industrialization Of fruit production,etc.
