麦冬、丹参、川芎根腐病的发生及生物防治研究

摘    要:调查表明,麦冬、丹参、川芎等中药材根腐病的一般发病株率为15.2%~67.5%,重病地高达80%以上。通过采取染病植株进行室内分离、纯化鉴定,3种中药材根腐病的病原,属尖孢镰刀菌及腐皮镰刀菌。利用筛选出的哈茨木霉T23生物制剂,对麦冬、丹参、川芎等中药材根腐病防治试验,结果以每公顷施用7.5 kg的剂量最佳,防治效果分别为74.5%、71.2%及70.9%,显著优于多菌灵粉剂农药处理,产量比对照增产14.2%~24.5%。大面积防治示范,防病增产效果一致。

Abstract:Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani were the dominant pathogens which led to root rot diseases of Ophiopgon japonicus,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Salviae Miltiorrhizae.In field tests,the control effects of Trichoderma harzianum T23 preparation to root rot disease was over 70 %,and it was significantly better than Carbendazol.The yield of treatment with Trichoderma harzianum T23 preparation varied from 14.2 % to 24.5 %.
