| 摘 要： | 当前，蚕桑生产已从受资源约束进入受资源与市场双重约束的新时期蚕桑生产的发展必须适应丝绸的市场定位，根据浙江实际，扬长避短，从调整布局，优化结构；实施优质茧工程，加强现代蚕业园区建设；强化蚕种基础等方面着手实现早量的扩张向质的优化转变。
