植物甾醇酯对高血脂人群的降血脂作用

摘    要:目的:研究植物甾醇酯对血脂异常人员降血脂作用。方法:本实验采用前后自身对照,受试者在试饮期间每日食用植物甾醇酯1.2 g(其中植物甾醇酯以酸牛乳为载体),连续饮用45d,实验期间不食用其他降血脂药物。并在实验的前期、中期、后期对试饮人员总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标进行检测。结果:植物甾醇酯能有效的降低血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,平均下降9.982%和17.228%,并且试饮前后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇出现显著差异(P=0.046),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯无明显变化。结论:植物甾醇酯对血脂异常患者初步显示具有辅助降胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用,对于轻中度血脂异常患者,可以通过在普通的饮食中添加一定量的植物甾醇酯来起到很好的调节血脂的作用,从而为血脂异常患者摆脱药物治疗提供了有利的支持。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of phytosterol ester-supplemented yoghurt on lowering serum lipid levels in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods: All participants were orally administered with 1.2 g of phytosterol esters in yoghurt daily for 45 days, without taking other hypolipidemic drugs. Before, during and after the administration of phytosterol esters, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), blood routine test, blood biochemistry test and other indicators were detected. Results: The consumption of phytosterol ester-supplemented yoghurt effectively reduced the levels of TC and LDL-C with an average decrease of 9.982% and 17.228%, respectively. Meanwhile, although there were also statistically significant differences in LDL-C levels in response to ingested phytosterol esters (P = 0.046), TG and HDL-C levels showed no significant changes. Conclusion: Orally administered phytosterol esters are useful to reduce the levels of blood cholesterol and LDL-C in patients with dyslipidemia. Further, the results of the present study also show that dietary supplementation of phytosterol esters plays a good role in regulating blood lipid abnormalities, thus providing a promising alternative to medications for dyslipidemia patients.
