| 摘 要： | 本文利用平均旱涝等级值和旱涝灾害指数作为鉴别水旱灾害的指标,较确切地反映出该研究范围内各年旱涝灾害程度;进而分析了该区水旱灾害的历史变迁、时空分布和变化特征;并就水旱灾害对社会、经济发展的影响也进行了研究。对认识该地区气候灾害的影响和制定水旱灾害对策等具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The paper, taking average drought-flood gradations and drought-floodcalamity indexes as criteria to identify the disasters, expresses more prec-isely the degrees of the disaster in the studed area. In order to systematicallyevaluate the influences of the calamities on the social, economic develop-ment in the area, the historical changes, time-space distribution andvariation features of the drought-flood calamities are discussed. Thethorough study on the climatic calamities is of great importances to thecountermeasures against the drought and flood disasters. |
