| 摘 要： | 对影响生态环境的水资源、土地资源、森林资源、生物多样性和大气污染问题作了细致的分析,指出人类为其自身的生存和发展,在利用和改造自然环境时产生的危害人类生存的各种负反馈效应是影响可持续发展的关键,必须树立生态经济思想,才能保证生态环境的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The problems affecting ecological environment were thoroughly analyzed such as,water resources,land resources,forestry resources,biological diversity and air pollution.It is pointed out that the emphasis should be put on eco-environment construction while natural resources is being used and remade.Ecological environment construction is the key to sustainable development. |
