乙醇提取姜辣素的工艺条件研究

摘    要:为了提高有机溶剂浸提姜辣素的得率,研究了姜粉细度,乙醇浓度,固液比及提取时间4 个单因素对乙醇提取姜辣素得率的影响,获得各单因素的最佳条件,并在单因素的试验基础上,通过正交试验,对乙醇提取姜辣素的条件进行优化。结果表明,以生姜为原料,恒温50℃干燥,60 目过筛,乙醇浓度为 80%,固液比为1:10,提取时间为2 h提取的姜辣素得率最高,姜辣素得率达到1.61%。

Abstract:To study the rate of gingerol organic solvent extraction, the influence of ginger powder fineness, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was studied. The finest single factor conditions were found and were used to optimize gingerol extraction method by orthogonal test. The results indicated that using ginger as the material, under the condition of 80% ethanol, 50℃ temperature, 60-mesh screen, 1:10 solid-liquid ratio, 2-hour-extraction time; the extraction rate was the highest in this experiment, which was 1.61%.
