摘    要:选择5种高寒草地优势细菌HY6、HX4、HY1-1、NX3 和HX3,通过对其16S rDNA的分子鉴定,初步确定这5种细菌分别为侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosorus)、节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.)、芽胞菌属(Bacillus sp.)、类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus sp.)和芽孢八叠球菌属(Sporosarcina sp.);同时测定其运动性及对碳源、氮源和大分子物质的分解利用能力.结果表明:HX4、HX3、HY1-1和NX3具有较强的运动性,且这5种细菌对不同碳源、氮源以及大分子物质的利用能力存在一定差异,表明这些细菌对动、植物残体或凋落物的分解和利用具有一定的选择性,同时也反映了其在草地物质循环过程中存在相互分工.

Abstract:According to 16S rDNA identification,five dominant bacteria strains,HY1-1,HX3,HX4,HY6 and NX3,from alpine grassland have been identified as Bacillus sp.,Sporosarcina sp.,Arthrobacter sp.,Brevibacillus laterosorus,and Paenibacillus sp.,respectively.Meanwhile,their motility and utilization ability of various carbon resources and nitrogen resources as well as decomposition of large molecular substances were determined.The results were as follows: HX4,HX3,HY1-1 and NX3 had obvious motility;The determined indexe...
