乳牛保定床翻转机构的运动模拟

摘    要:翻转机构是乳牛保定床工作时对牛实施控制的关键工作部件。运用机构设计理论,建立了该机构运动学分析的数学模型,并采用MATLAB程序中的SIMULINK工具箱,完成数值模拟,输出了该保定床的速度及加速度图。研究结果表明,液压驱动的四杆机构工作过程冲击小,运行平稳,能够满足对乳牛实施控制和护理的要求。

Abstract:The switching mechanism is an important part in Bao-ding bed controlling to dairy cattle. Adopting the mechanics design theory, the switching mechanism of kinematics analysis of mathematical model was established with the SIMULINK toolbox in MATLAB to complete the numerical simulation. It provided output graphs of the Bao-ding bed velocity and acceleration. The resuhs indicated that impact made by the four-rod mechanism driving by hydraulic was small in the process of working, and running was smooth. It can meet the need of controlling and nursing to dairy cattle.
