葡萄砧木抗寒与抗根癌病的研究

摘    要:对17个葡萄砧木品种抗寒性与抗根癌病的研究发现,不同贴木在两种抗性上存在明显差异。供试葡萄砧木中属于极寒的有4种,抗寒的6种,较抗寒的2种,较不抗寒的5种;属于抗病的4种,中度抗病的4种,中度感病的4种,感病的5种。其中河岸1号、河岸2号、河岸3号、河岸6号抗病性较强,超过了贝达和山葡萄,其抗寒性与贝达相近或稍,可作为抗寒与抗根癌病砧木在葡萄生产中试用。

Abstract:The cold hardiness and crown gall resistance of 17 grape rootstocks were studied. It was found that there were great differences in the dual resistance among the rootstocks tested. For cold hardiness, four of them were highly resistant, six were resistant, two medium resistant, five lower-resistant. For crown gall resistance, four were resistant, four were medium resistant, four medium susceptible, five susceptible. Among them V.riparia Pulliat, V.riparia MacAdams, V.riparia Beaumont and V.riparia Grand Glabre were highly resistant to crown gall (higher than'Beta'and V.amurensis), and their roots also had a higher capability of cold resistance (close to 'Beta') . They may provide promi sing rootstocks of both cold and crown gall resistance.
