固定凸轮残膜捡拾机构的优化设计

摘    要:阐述了固定凸轮残膜捡拾机构的结构特点和工作原理,通过力学分析,推导出固定凸轮机构的效率计算式.在满足使用要求的前提下,以固定凸轮效率最大和接触应力最小为目标的双目标优化函数,建立了该问题的优化设计的数学模型,通过实例运用Matlab软件的优化设计功能对该机构进行了优化设计,并经生产实践证明可行,为固定凸轮机构的设计提供了依据.

Abstract:The efficiency of fixing cam mechanism was firstly deduced by mechanical analysis about optimum design of fixing cam combination mechanism. On precondition of using demand, the mechanism was optimized according to double goals function of most efficiency and least contact stress. Mathematics model of optimum design of this problem was established, the mechanism was designed by using optimization design function of soft Matlab with an example. The experimental production showed the optimization method is practical and it provided some references for future designing of fixing cam combination mechanism.
