非洲紫罗兰的组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:通过正交试验和单因素试验对非洲紫罗兰的叶片组培快繁技术进行了探讨。结果表明:初代培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L(单位下同)+IBA0.5;诱导丛生芽的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 +KT0.1 +IBA0.1;有效苗诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.5+IBA0.5+活性炭0.3%。试管苗生根采用瓶外扦插生根效果较好。

Abstract:Through the orthogonal tests and single factor test, the technique of tissue culture and rapid propagation of the leaves of Saintpaulia ionantha was discussed. The result indicated: (1) Initial media:MS 6-BA1.0 mg/L 1BA0.5 mg/L;(2) Clump bud induction media: MS 6-B A1.0mg/L KT0.1 mg/L IBA0.1 mg/L; (3) Efficiency seedling induction media:MS 6-BA0.5 mg/L IBA0.5 mg/L active carbon 0.3%; (4) The effect was better when cuttage in the out of the bottle was used in rooting of tube seedling.
