| 摘 要： | 采用常规方法对从海洋环境中分离到的两株多重耐药性细菌--JS12和D7012进行分离培养,以16S rDNA序列、形态学特征、培养特征和生理生化特征进行分类鉴定;用39种抗生素药物进行药敏试验,并使用碱变性法提取质粒DNA.结果JS12被鉴定为Acinetobacter johnsonii;D7012被鉴定为Acinetobacter sp.,在进化树中与Acinetobacter baumannii亲缘关系最近,但16S rDNA序列同源性未达到种的水平.39种抗生素中,JS12耐药16种,D7012耐药29种;它们都含有质粒DNA,大小约为5kb.来自海洋环境的非临床多重耐药株警示了滥用抗生素的严重后果,同时可以作为模型,提供耐药基因定位及耐药机制多样性的新视野.

| Abstract: | Two multi-drug resistant bacteria which were isolated from the marine environment were identified and studied on the drug resistance.They were identified and characterized by their 16SrDNA sequence and morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical features;Thirty-nine antibiotics were used for the drug sensitive test,and the plasmid DNA was extracted by alkaline denaturation.Results showed that the strain JS12 was identified as Acinetobacter johnsonii;D7012 was identified as Acinetobacter sp.,it clos... |
