摘    要:以四川地方品种中国春(CS)和育成普通小麦品种SW3243为对照,选用D基因组118个SSR标记,对双抗(条锈、白粉)节节麦资源SQ-214的遗传背景进行了比较分析,结果表明:节节麦SQ-214与中国春在D基因组上91.50%的SSR位点有差异;与SW3243的位点88.96%有差异;研究结果为进一步鉴定SQ-214高抗条锈衍生系遗传背景中节节麦片段(或遗传位点)奠定了基础。

Abstract:To compare the D genome of a Aegilops tauschii accession(SQ-214),which was highly resistant to stripe rust and powdrry mildow,with landrace Chinese Spring(CS)and a commercial wheat variety SW3243,118 SSR markers of D genome were used.The results indicated that 91.50 % SSR markers could reveal the polymorphisms between SQ-214 and CS,and 88.96 % between SQ-214 and SW3243.These SSR markers should be used to detect the locus of SQ-214 in the advanced derived from the combination of CS/SQ-214/SW3243.
