| 摘 要： | 12V180ZJC组合式活塞活塞头冷却油腔的加工质量是完成国产化活塞的关键，也是国产化工作的难点。通过技术调研和工艺分析，拟定出活塞头冷却油腔的加工工艺方案，并进行了论证，编制出加工工艺文件，成功地解决了180ZJC活塞头内冷却油腔加工这个技术难题。
