龙眼、橄榄叶片空隙率与耐寒性的关系

摘    要:对福建省7个龙眼品种和6个橄榄品种叶片空隙率进行测定,结果表明叶片空隙率大小与龙眼、橄榄不同品种耐寒性关系密切,叶片空隙率小的品种,耐寒性较强;反之,叶片空隙率大的品种,耐寒性较弱.用电导法测定各品种间的电渗率,结果均与叶片空隙率成密切相关.叶片空隙率能反映各品种间耐寒性差异,准确性高,方法简单,操作方便,可作为龙眼、橄榄耐寒性鉴定指标

Abstract:Rates of leaf air spaces of 7 longan (Euphoria longana Lam.) culivars and 6 Chinese olive Canarium album (Lour.) Raeusch] cultivars were tested. The results showed that the size of leaf air space was intimately related to cold tolerance of different cultivars of longan and Chinese olive, respectively. Cold tolerance is strong in the cultivars of lower rate of leaf air space, in contrast, weak in the cultivars of higher rate of leaf air space. Rate of permeability of differnt cultivars by means of electrical conductivity was also closely related to the rate of leaf air space which could depict the difference of cold tolerance of cultivars. This highly precise, simple and easily operated method could be used as one way to determine cold resistance of longan and Chinese olive.
