| 摘 要： | 枸杞烂根病是枸杞栽培中最严重的病害，１９９３￣１９９４年在新疆枸杞主要栽培区大量采样、分离和致病性测定，查明其主要病原菌是疫霉菌和丝核菌，根据形态特征、培养特性和寄主范围测定，将它们分别鉴定为寄生疫霉和立枯丝核菌。

| Abstract: | Chinese wolfberry root rot was the most damaging disease in its cultivation in Xinjiang. The major causing agents of the root rot of wolfberry were considered as Phy-tophthora and Rhizoctonia through sampling in large area, isolating and testing of the pathogenicity. The pathogens were identified in-house as Ph. nicotianae var. parasitica and Rh. solani, respectively, based on the morphological characteristics, the culture characters and the host range. |
