不同氮素形态配比对香料烟的影响

为提高云南省保山市香料烟的外观质量、香气量，同时提高烟农的经济效益，对香料烟新品系‘Nm006’使用不同施肥方式和2种不同氮素形态比例肥料进行施肥，测定其各项理化指标、致香物质和经济性状。结果表明，处理2（氮素形态比例1.22:0:1，以硝酸钾作为底肥，尿素作为追肥）的糖类、烟碱含量适中，致香物质含量高，色泽鲜亮且吸味醇和，劲头适中，香气质好，香气量足，同时处理2各项经济指标均高于其他组。研究结果对当地香料烟施用氮肥方式具有一定的参考价值。

Ratios of Nitrogen Form Affect Leaf Quality of Oriental Tobacco

In order to improve the appearance quality, aroma and taste with a satisfied economic gains by commercial released of oriental tobacco cv. Nm6, the impact of method of fertilization and two nitrogen forms on chemical components , aroma related elements and economic traits was evaluated. The results showed that the content of sugar and nicotine in the second treatment (nitrogen form ratios 1.22:0:1, with potassium nitrate as base fertilizer, urea as top-dressing) was at a moderate level, the content of aromas was higher and the color was bright and the taste was alcohol-absorbed. There also observed the highest economic performance when compared to other treatments. This research work suggested that suitable fertilizing method would increase leaf quality and get a sound income from oriental tobacco leaf production.
