| 摘 要： | 据农业部科技司统计表明，我国每年有6000多项农业科技成果问世，但转化为现实生产力的只有30％～40％，与发达国家的70％～80％相差甚远。经调查河北省农业科技成果每年有50～60项，农业科技成果贡献率为43％左右，略高于国家平均水平，但是科技进步在农业发展中的贡献份额还没有实现党中央国务院提出的到2000年底达到50％的目标。 |

| Abstract: | According to the statistic data of agriculture department,agricultural researchers accomplish achievements were more than 6 000 in our country every year.However,only 30%-40% of these could be transformed into productivity comparing with developed countries(70%-80%).Agricultural science and technology achievements were 50-60 every year in Hebei Province.The transforming rate was about 43%.It was more than the average level,but the achievement did not realize the aim(50%) in the end of 2000 year. |
