| Abstract: | This paper gives a thorough review of the research on postharvest technology and physiology of cut flowers in China. Research results are summarized in the aspects of storage and transportation techniques, action mechanism of preservation chemicals, and opening and sensecene physiology of cut flowers. This paper also presents the authors' opinion on further research on postharvest technology and physiology of cut flowers. |
